Almost Long Trousers by the Assembly Line

Almost long trousers pattern can really change style depending on fabric choice - from office cool to loungewear. These pants have a relaxed fit, positioned at the lower waist, and dropped crotch. The leg tapers to the ankle, waistband and bottom cuffs are elasticated. The trousers feature in-seam pockets.

Fabric needed:

140-150 cm fabric width

XS 1.3 m / S 1.4 m / M 1.5 m / L 1.6 m

Suggested fabrics are mid to heavyweight fabrics such as denim, cotton twill, lightweight canvas.

You will also need:

• Matching thread
• Elastic tape width 50 mm, XS 1.4 m / S 1.6 m / M 1.7 m / L 1.9 m
• 0.2 cm interfacing
