This technique is a fun way to visibly mend woven or knit clothing utilizing cross stitching. If you enjoy pixel art you can even design your own patch with graph paper. You will learn about the supplies & material that make this technique easy enough for a complete beginner with opportunity for design that will keep more experienced cross stitchers excited. The cross stitch canvas is included in the class fee. Bring with you to class the item you are wanting to mend or embellish, needle & embroidery floss in the colors you want for your design & either a cross stitch pattern or design for a pattern keeping in mind for the class we will be working with designs that are around a half inch by half inch area. If you are not sure of a design, we will have some available you can choose from.

Supplies Needed: 
Needle, floss in colors you want to use for your project, Optional:  cross stitch pattern or design for a pattern to cover an area of around ½” x ½” space...We will have some patterns available.  (Cross stitch canvas is included)

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited enrollment of our classes, we do not offer refunds on classes you register for but are unable to attend. If you register for a class and can’t come, you must call us 72 hours* in advance of the first meeting to get a credit for another class. Otherwise, we are unable to offer refunds, credit or exchanges—you can, however, spread some joy and send a friend in your place.
