This oilcloth bag is waterproof, reversible, and perfect for hauling veggies from the Farmer's Market or damp towels from the pool. You'll use two pieces of oilcloth, one for the exterior and one for the lining. You’’ll learn some tricks of working withoilcloth when you stitch this tote, which features an interior pocket. You’ll leave class with a completed bag, ready for summer fun!

*If you are able, please stop by Home Ec. in advance to pick out your oilcloth.  It is helpful if you lay it out in the sun to get any wrinkles out before class.*

Supplies Needed:
1 5/8 yard webbing for handles (available at Home Ec,  thread, sewing clips or paper clips -you can't use pins with oilcloth, basic sewing kit (thread, Scissors, seam ripper, bobbin (if using our machines please purchase at Home Ec.)).

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited enrollment of our classes, we do not offer refunds on classes you register for but are unable to attend. If you register for a class and can’t come, you must call us 72 hours* in advance of the first meeting to get a credit for another class. Otherwise, we are unable to offer refunds, credit or exchanges—you can, however, spread some joy and send a friend in your place.
