Learn to beautifully mend your clothes using hand sewing techniques including boro and sashiko.  Bring something you would like to mend and threads you would like to use (sashiko, perle cotton, embroidery floss are all good).  We have so many scraps you are welcome to use to mend with, but if you have something particular in mind, please bring that along as well.

Supplies Needed:  Sashiko needle, thread (sashiko, perle cotton or floss all work), an article of clothing to mend, and fabric to mend with if you want something Specific. Optional:  small embroidery hoop

Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited enrollment of our classes, we do not offer refunds on classes but can offer a credit for a future class if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of class.   If you register for a class and can’t come, you must call us 72 hours* in advance in order to get a credit for another class. Otherwise we are unable to offer refunds, credit or exchanges—you can, however, spread some joy and send a friend in your place.
