Create Plant Watercolors

$125 + $35 supply fee ($160 total)

From start to finish you will learn how to create natural watercolors from plants. We will create dye baths from plant matter and learn the process of extracting pigment from the plant dye baths. How to process the plant dye lake pigment and create watercolor with the plant derived pigment.

Supply Kit Includes: glass muller and slab, watercolor paper, paint brush, watercolor half pans, paint palette, mortar and pestle, gum arabic, soda ash, aluminum sulfate, plants

Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited enrollment of our classes, we do not offer refunds on classes but can offer a credit for a future class if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of class. If you register for a class and can’t come, you must call us 72 hours* in advance in order to get a credit for another class. Otherwise we are unable to offer refunds, credit or exchanges—you can, however, spread some joy and send a friend in your place.
