Inspired by traditional workwear of the early fifties, the practical and hardwearing Foreman Jacket is an unlined utilitarian jacket made to take charge. Features a boxy cut, 2 piece sleeves, a neat square collar, 2 hip pockets and one breast pocket. This jacket has been cut and designed for men, but is definitely a sweet jacket for anybody! 

*In order to finish your jacket during the workshop you may need to do work outside of class time. 

*If you come to class with your pattern cut out it maximizes your working time in class. If you need help choosing your pattern size or need assistance with cutting we are always happy to help! You are welcome to come into Home Ec Workshop to cut out anytime except when there’s a class going on in the workshop.If you need assistance Elizabeth works Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, 2-6pm, and is happy to help. If that day doesn’t work for you the rest of the staff is very knowledgeable, kind and happy to help too. 

Supplies Needed:  Fabric and supplies per pattern, *basic Sewing kit(thread, pins, marking pen, seam ripper, scissors) Suggested Fabrics: Dry oilskin, cotton canvas, twill, 8-13oz denim, mid-heavyweight linen, corduroy, woolen tweed.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited enrollment of our classes, we do not offer refunds on classes but can offer a credit for a future class if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of the class. If you register for a class and can't come, you must call us 72 hours* in advance in order to get a credit for another class. Otherwise we are unable to offer refunds, credit or exchanges -- you can, however, spread some joy and send a friend in your place.
