Join Liz to sew the 10th bag in her Year of Bags Series!  A neat cross body bag, small but copious. Factotum has been designed to hold all your daily essentials. Fully lined, with two front pockets and a zipped closure. You can use leather or webbing for your strap.

Skill level - intermediate.

Fabric suggestions - oilskin, dry oilskin, mid-heavy weight cotton canvas or drill, mid weight denim (8-14oz).

* Please come to class with your fabric washed, dried, ironed, and cut out.  

*If you come to class with your pattern cut out it maximizes your working time in class. If you need help choosing your pattern size or need assistance with cutting we are always happy to help! You are welcome to come into Home Ec Workshop to cut out anytime except when there’s a class going on in the workshop.If you need assistance Elizabeth works Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, 2:30-6pm, and is happy to help. If that day doesn’t work for you the rest of the staff is very knowledgeable, kind and happy to help too. 

Supplies Needed:  Fabric and supplies per pattern, *Basic Sewing Kit (thread, pins, marking pen, seam ripper and Home Ec. Bobbin Pack).

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited enrollment of our classes, we do not offer refunds on classes but can offer a credit for a future class if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of class.   If you register for a class and can’t come, you must call us 72 hours* in advance in order to get a credit for another class. Otherwise we are unable to offer refunds, credit or exchanges—you can, however, spread some joy and send a friend in your place.
