Sewing: Free Range Slacks

Supplies Needed:

*Fabric per pattern requirements for your size (we can help if you have questions about this!).  Fabrics that will work are linen, cotton/linen blends, rayon/linen blends and light to mid-weight denim.

*1.5" wide elastic (your waist measurement plus a couple of inches)

* Basic Sewing Kit (Marking Pen, Seam Ripper, Thread, Fabric Scissor, Pins)

*we also recommend using Red Dot Tracing Cloth for tracing your size of the pattern (so you can use your pattern for multiple sizes or change your pattern as needed). 

Please come to class with your fabric washed, dried, ironed, and cut out.

*If you come to class with your pattern cut out it maximizes your working time in class. If you need help choosing your pattern size or need assistance with cutting we are always happy to help! You are welcome to come into Home Ec. to cut out anytime except when there’s a class going on in the workshop--give us a call and we can let you know if the workshop is available.  *if your fabric is the same on both sides, be sure to mark which side is the wrong side with an x or a small piece of tape. 

You will receive 15% off all supplies purchased for your class --when you sign up we will send you a code that can be used when you purchase your needed supplies.

Due to the limited enrollment in our classes, if you register for a class and can’t come, you must call us 72 hours in advance in order to get a credit for another class. Otherwise we are unable to offer refunds, credit or exchanges—you can, however, spread some joy and send a friend in your place.
