Supplies needed:
For Big quilt:
1 layer cake, or 40 cuts of 10″x10″ squares
1 yard complimentary fabric
1/4 yard of a second complimentary fabric
OR
Little quilt
1 Charm Pack, or 40 cuts of 5″ x 5″squares
1/4 yard (9 inches) of complimentary fabric
1/8 yard of a second complimentary fabric

This class is perfect for the beginning-level quilter and a great chance to use a pre-cut stack of fabric, AKA a “layer cake” or “charm pack”. Students will learn cutting techniques and how to sew an accurate 1/4 inch seam allowance. The completed quilt top measures approximately 70″ x 80″ for the big one, and 35″ x 36″ for the little project. Sample of both sizes in shop. (Additional instruction will be needed to complete the entire quilt, which is not included in this class).
