Introducing the new book for 2013!
Join us once, or every month for the new Block of the Month series. This year we are using “Block Party: The Modern Quilting Bee” by Carlton and Lejneiks, which is available through the shop.
For January we are making the “String X” block. This fun, easy block will introduce you to foundation piecing. We will discuss the benefits of using the different types of foundation options and you’ll come away with at least one completed block. Kits are available for purchase at the shop on the night of the class, and we’ve picked out a new color palette for 2013. Kit not required, but everyone will be required to have a copy of the book “Block Party”.
